I am an experienced US-based corporate attorney whose expertise spans complex transactions, general counsel and strategic advisory roles, primarily across luxury/fashion and financial services.
I began my legal career at Cleary Gottlieb, Weil Gotshal, and Kirkland & Ellis, specializing in complex corporate transactions with a focus on private equity, having practiced both as NY-qualified and Paris-qualified attorney. Building on the skills and experience gained, I have successfully navigated high-value, multifaceted deals in financial services as well as the luxury and fashion sectors.
In financial services, I have served as Chief Legal Advisor to the Board of Directors of a publicly listed financial institution—recruited by the Chairman with a private equity background (EQT)—and as General Counsel of a California-based EV fintech startup. In these roles, I developed deep expertise in navigating legal risks to support growth, structuring innovative transactions, and managing stakeholder risk across all stages of maturity.
This experience has been invaluable in the luxury space, where I’ve worked with luxury players to safeguard patrimonial assets, foster strategic partnerships, and support creative ventures for iconic brands.
A dual citizen of the US and France, qualified to practice in New York and Paris, with hands-on experience as a legal practitioner across the US (New York and Los Angeles) and Europe (in particular France, the UK, and Scandinavia), I seamlessly navigate domestic and international transactions.
